Is it safe to be taking silver?
Yes. Our products are formulated with uncompounded silver colloids, making them very effective at very low concentrations. Learn more about the history of silver preparations.
Why do I have to reapply the products so frequently?
Normal mucosal flow flushes the silver agent away from the site of the infection. It is crucial to replenish the supply of active agent frequently (approx. every 15-30 minutes) to maintain an effective concentration.
All the silver products appear to be basically the same, why are there so many, and how are they different?
The main difference is found in the silver colloid concentration and the delivery mechanism.
For example:
- Cold Rescue and Nasal Rescue are nasal sprays designed for application to the sinuses. Nasal Rescue offers a stronger dosage concentration than Cold Rescue.
- Throat Rescue delivers the silver to the back of the throat using a special application arm on the bottle.
- Stomach Rescue is taken orally delivering the silver directly to the stomach.
- Throat Rescue and Stomach Rescue also contain the active ingredient Peppermint Oil. Peppermint Oil has been shown to enhance the silver colloid and offers a soothing taste.
How are Peaceful Mountain silver products different than other silver products?
The right Dose Concentration:
- 20-40 ppm (parts per million) are the highest concentrations on the market.
- Uncompounded ionic silver.
- Tested to still be effective even after the dilution that occurs at the point of application.
- Strong enough that only small amounts are required.
- Life tested to ensure that the product will maintain an effective concentration up to the date of expiration listed on the bottle.
Delivery Mechanism:
- Taking a teaspoon of silver colloid orally to address a sinus infection is pointless. It will be diluted throughout your body delivering only trace amounts where it is needed.
- Our Nasal Rescue and Cold Rescue deliver the silver to the site of the infection in the sinuses.
- Our Throat Rescue delivers the silver to the site of the infection in the back of the throat using a special application arm on the bottle.
- Our Stomach Rescue is taken orally delivering the silver directly to the site where the virus or bacteria are irritating the stomach.
Dosage Protocol:
- Other silver products don’t offer an appropriate use protocol.
- With our replenishment protocol of every 15 –30 minutes, the active silver agent is replenished frequently enough to maintain an effective presence.
- These protocols are patented.
The Element:
- Our colloidal products offer uncompounded or “pure” silver concentrations that are greater than most other products. The products that we offer are derived from laboratory testing to assure efficacy.
- Our colloidal products are pure colloids. They are not compounded with salts and they are not bound with proteins. This makes them 100 to 1000 times more effective than other products such as silver-sulfadiazene or mild silver proteins.
